We're overhauling tools and tech with AI for marketers.
Capital One sends millions of messages to customers every day. Behind most of them is a marketer navigating a maze of specialized tools, filing intake forms, and waiting on approval loops just to get one email out. I'm leading design of the platform that changes that: one where a marketer can go from idea to launched campaign without leaving a single tool, sending fewer, more relevant messages instead of just more of them.

We made a testing platform we had to protect customers from.
Running an experiment at Capital One used to mean engineering tickets and weeks of waiting. We built a platform that changed that, and watched messaging associates start self servicing, work that added up to over a billion dollars a year of value. The harder problem wasn't building it. It was making sure it couldn't quietly make things worse for customers.

Our fifth redesign won the first JD Power award.
Capital One's iOS app had grown around the org chart: lines of business stitched into one confusing experience. We tore it down and rebuilt it around what people actually needed from a banking app: not more features, peace of mind. It became the first mobile banking app at Capital One to win a JD Power award.
